Hi guys, my name is Elena and welcome to my site!

I’m a personal trainer / lifestyle coach / crystal hugging / food loving / lifting weights and peoples spirits, girl based in London.

I specialise in fat loss and conditioning and I offer both 1-2-1 Training and online coaching. My aim as your Coach is to make sure that you feel that I'm by your side with every rep, through every drop of sweat and even when that little voice in your head says "eat the cookie", I will be there - encouraging you to eat that cookie!

I have spent more than 10 years training and experimenting with my own body, from dropping fat, to building that hour glass physique, and I have found the smartest and fastest solution that anyone can follow.

With my guidance I will show you how to train properly, and burn FAT fast without doing endless amounts of cardio sessions or FAD diets, and with my simple healthy recipes that even my sister can follow (can’t cook... won’t cook... but I love you Els), there’s no more excuses!

Elena is a joy to work with. Let’s be honest nobody wants to go to the gym at 7am to train but with my busy schedule I have no other choice, but Elena always finds a way of me enjoying every single session and I feel ready to start my day!
