Fit at 36 £POA

The plan that took my bum from 32 inches all the way to 37 inches and beyond if I had wanted it too. This is the best and healthiest way to gaining those curves and building strong glutes.  Not to mention, you will also gain the knowledge on how to correctly activate your glutes which will help prevent any back or knee injuries.

The plan that everyone can follow and all from the comfort of your own home. With my home videos and tutorials, I have made it simple for you to achieve the body you have always dreamed of. 

Whether you’re a stay at home mum, or just don’t have enough time to get down to the gym, this is the perfect plan for you. Easy to follow exercises, no mater your fitness level, and can be done anywhere, even outside!  

These 30/40 minute routines will help you drop that stubborn fat, and sculpt and tone your body. With very minimal time you will see big differences within weeks and with our healthy diet plan you will start to glow from the inside too.
